Besides being completely unappetizing, that’s not even close to a taco. If anything, it’s like how Koreans eat bulgogi but with shrimp instead of beef and no rice. Just because you wrapped something around something else does not make it a taco, people.
Americans really should learn to expand your culinary horizons. Especially if you end up making nasty messes like this.

That is shrimp with hot sauce on lettuce. Nasty-ass, flavorless, looking like it’s about to go bad any minute lettuce. That is NOT a fucking taco.

Guys! I made this last week and it was amaaaaaazing. (I used half the powdered sugar that the recipe called for because I didn’t want it to be too sweet, and it was perfect.) And it was really easy too!

I made this for the parent’s evening a few weeks ago! It’s sooooo good.

Zitone pasta we brought back. Long tubes, I photographed it next to linguine for comparison. I’ve rarely seen this type of pasta, so I’m looking forward to making a reaaaaally good sauce with this.

I love Italian supermarket chain Esselunga so much. They’re incredibly well stocked, so much fresh produce, good house brand and prices are really reasonable.

Much better than the supermarkets in Germany, even the “better” ones in Munich. And they’re open part of the day Sundays. Pretty much everything is closed Sundays in Germany.

I keep joking to Mein Boo we should drive down here once a month and do our food shopping.

Spinach, quinoa, shredded cheddar, cream of mushroom, creme fraiche, and a pinch of nutmeg. Mixed then baked for 25 minutes. It was good. Mein Boo loved it too.
